To resolve the issue with the bluetooth hardware on your MS windows 10 PC, just uninstall the Intel (R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft) under Universal Bus Controller in device manager. further I found issue in the USB controller causing the bluetooth hardware problem. When checked I found, bluetooth hardware was not present on my PC and I tried several troubleshooting ,method available in windows. I was also facing the issue with bluetooth hardware on my machine.
